It’s GOLD for Schultz – MG’s Director of R&D
Jarod Schultz, Director of Research and Development, has received the Gold ACI (Autodesk Certified Instructor) tier award. As a certified professional, Jarod is known for his product mastery and instructional skills. At the gold level, Jarod is recognized for maintaining his ACI Certification for 6 consecutive years.
The gold tier is currently made up of 33 individuals who have shown instructional design and delivery skills along with knowledge of specific Autodesk applications.
ACI demonstrated skills include:
- Autodesk Certified Instructor
- Class Management
- Instructional Design
- Technical Training Delivery
ACI earning criteria include:
- 20 hours of product/workflow training
- Teach Product training annual minimums
- Submit an article or featured contribution and/or deliver/publish a presentation
- Minimum hours of professional development

This award came shortly after Jarod earned a spot in the Autodesk Expert Elite program, a program that recognizes contributions to the customer support community. His time, knowledge, and assistance paired with his leadership and collaboration abilities inspired a nomination that gained him entrance.
